B. No Medical Guarantees - Minds Matter PLLC does not guarantee outcomes, improvements, or prevention of dementia. Information provided is educational and not a replacement for medical advice.
C. Assumption of Risk - Some activities may include light movement with risks such as slips, trips, falls, dizziness, or fatigue. You assume full responsibility for your safety and participation.
D. Release of Liability - You release and hold harmless Minds Matter PLLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, including those caused by negligence to the extent permitted by law.
E. Media Release - You authorize Minds Matter PLLC to photograph, record, and use your image or voice for marketing and education. No compensation will be provided.
F. Confidentiality & Group Expectations - You agree to maintain confidentiality, treat others with respect, and not share recordings, links, or materials with non-participants.
