What Your Membership Includes
1. A Full Brain Health Assessment
A 90-minute, data-driven assessment including QEEG brain mapping, cognitive screening, and key biomarkers for long-term brain vitality. Learn more about our cognitive assessments.
2. A One-to-One Consultation With Tiffany Hoeft
One week later, you’ll meet privately with Tiffany to walk through your results and craft your individualized brain-health strategy.
3. Monthly Live Sessions, With Replays
Join Tiffany and local specialists each month as you learn about brain health, hormones, sleep, movement, stress, metabolic health, nutrition, and more.
- Sessions take place 4:00–5:30 PM on the last Wednesday of each month starting on January 28, 2026.
- If you can’t make it, you’ll have full access to recorded member-only replays.
4. Private Online Member Hub
You’ll receive access to a password-protected resource library filled with tools, downloads, habit trackers, and class materials.

How to Get the Most Out of The Empowerment Project
To create the biggest impact, come prepared and ready to grow.
Bring recent labs.
You’ll want A1C, Fasting Insulin and Fasting Glucose from anytime within the last 12 months. These are inexpensive and available from Avera, Sanford or Conklin Clinics if you need them.
Commit to small daily changes.
This program works when you work it. The more consistently you show up, even in tiny ways, the more powerful your results will be.
Show up with a growth mindset.
Positive energy fuels dopamine, serotonin, and motivation. Leave negativity at the door, because this community is built for momentum, not stress.
Membership Cost
Your full-year membership is $1,500. If you’re ready to show up for your future self, now’s the time. It’s even more powerful when you walk it with someone you love. Invite a friend, your mom, or your daughter to join you. This service isn’t covered by health insurance, but it may qualify for payment through your Health Savings Account (HSA).
